I'm back!!

I had a brilliant long weekend and hating the fact I'm back at work.

I'm back on plan today though after being naughty all weekend.

B: Baked beans on toast (1B)
S: 2 yogurts
L: Cold pasta salad
S: Alpen light bar (1/2 B)
D: Quorn cottage pie and vegetables

Hiya Rainbow - how you doing lovely? Arrgghh, I'm at work and I'm soooo tired.

Charisma - have a look at some of mod karens threads and you'll get the recipe there. Basically you make mash (but really dry) make it into a really thin pizza base.......... bake it for 20 mins or so then add tomato puree and whatever you like on top. Last night I put sweetcorn, red pepper, onions and baked beans ohh and some cheese too.

Hehe..... it is, apart from he is a subtle as a sledge hammer.

He kept asking me last night if I'm going to my Mum's after work etc, so I know he's planning something, I'll just play dumb and act suprised when he turns up.

I'm not losing a lot at the moment although I find I can easily maintain whilst just loosely following the plan.

Food still controls me but I hope one day I will win the battle with it.

Taz, I hope you feel more like yourself soon, sorry times are rubbish for you hun xxx

your not losing a lot hon but as you said your maintaining and thats just as important , i worked hard on Lipotrim to lose what i have lost and at the moment id just be happy to stay the same (though of course i will be very happy if i lose!)

Yep spot on though im a girlie i just fancy him ! lol
 
Wow - that is a brilliant loss you had on LT, well done. I tried CD but couldn't stick to it, felt rotten and love food too much (even healthy food).

Gene Hunt is a complete legend, hehe

Hi Vic, the suprise would have been him turning up on the door step, he lives 20 miles away and is without a car (as he was made redundant)... he was going to catch the train over.

In the end he didn't (so much for my prediction) so I had a night of cleaning and had some lovely potato wedges for tea.

Today's plan (green day)

B: Scrambled eggs on toast (1B)
S: Pack of frutellas on way to work (guess 12 syns)
S: Yogurt (free)
D: Pasta N' Sauce (free)
S: Chocolate digestive*
T: Chick pea dahl and rice or veg chilli

* will eat this as I know my collegue has a pack stashed in his desk drawer and I'll threaten him with my stapler or hole punch until he submits and give me a biscuit

Urrm no not anymore.......

New house is about 30 miles from my work, which was ok.... however, my new job is further away from new house so it just makes it too far to travel.

Plus Mr L has been made redundant so we're staying as we are for now.

Not sure whats wrong with me on the cleaning front - I swept and mopped the bathroom floor last night, then hoovered the stairs too, I live in a 3 story house so I HATE doing it.

I also forgot to go to Tesco last night and WI, so I'll try and go at lunch time today.
