OH MY GOD - I'm shocked....

Just got back from Tesco, Amoy frozen stirfry packs were on offer so I bought one... thinking it should be quite low on a green day...

Amoy Straight to Wok, Sweet Chilli Chicken, frozen 500g pack

thats so anoying ..I am giving Mr B all my mistakes to eat as he thinks he is on SW diet and eating me out of house and home !!!xxx
 
I know, it's mad!! Here is the ingredient list.........

Noodles 41%, Sauce 30%, Red peppers 12%, Chicken 8%, Water chesnuts 5%.

Plus.....it's only 0.3g of fat per 100g!!!!

Must be all the sugar in the sauce I guess, I am not going off to sulk...x
 
It's coating the veg I think........ double rubbish, just goes to show I should make my own.

...but it was low in fat... and low in chicken... and it had vegetables and EVERYTHING.

Should have gone for a p*ssing mars bar - would have been less syns.

OMG! Thanks for pointing this out hun, i have looked at those before and thought that they would be low in syns or even free on green. Glad i know now. Just think too, you could prob make a huge noodle stirfry even tastier than that one and it would all be free. No way is a stir fry worth spending all those syns on.

um no thanks lol. If you want to make your own morrisons own chow mein sauce in a sachet is 8 syns and you get a few meals worth. xx

Hi hun I think the syn value will be in the noodles aswell. If you have supernoodles they are synned but if you get the 98%fat free they are free so I rec it is the noodles with all the syns just a thought.

The actual noodles are free, it's the sauce that goes with them that is different.
 
Morning everyone.... I'm thinking its probably something to do with the "cook in 5 mins thing", ohhh I give up!!

I'm off work today..

B: Scrambled eggs and bacon
L: Cold sausages and salad
D: Beef stew and potato (1B) and syns for gravy
S: 5 x celebrations (10 syns)
