Morning everyone,

Green day for me today, purely because I'm not prepared enough to do a red.

B: Yogurt and satsumas
S: 5 rolos (need to check syn value)
L: Pasta N' Sauce
S: Satsumas and alpen light bar (1/2B)
D: Chickpea dahl and a jacket potato
S: alpen light bar (1/2B)

Can you tell I've not been to the supermarket for ages. I'm going to plan my whole week out now, then go and do a big shop tonight.
I did say I wanted to lose 1 stone for Xmas, I'm only half way there, but I'm going to really really try and get lots off next week.

You go for it girl! My Xmas (holiday) target is looking a little murky now - put on half a pound tonight, but I'm not too stressed about - just have to crack on this week.

It's amazing how much I've missed the support from this thread, since I haven't had so much easy access :cry:

Hi hun... oh yes, I'm in the office now and have wacked all the radiators up, hehe. Hows you hun?
