Fast forward is pretty intense, just shows how much I eat outside of meal times, am starving at the moment and really looking forward to my tea, yum, hopefully this will educate me that I don't actually have to eat an apple / etc every couple of hours just because I'm bored.
B: 1/2 grapefruit and 2 weetabix (5 unit meal)
L: 2 crispbreads, 1 tomato, lf soft cheese (2 unit snack)
S: Apple (1 unit)
D: 113g salmon, 170g new potatoes, 85g green beans (8 unit meal)
That leaves me with 5 units left over, but I've left plan at work and now sure what I can have... eek, I know an apple is 1 unit, but don't fancy 5 of those..
