Good morrrrrning!
I'm back from Spain, had a good time but glad to be back. Was starting to get "parental cabin fever" towards the end of the week. Got back at 430 this morning so going to spend the day chilling out and preparing for work again tomorrow.

Am also avoiding the scales after a whole week off plan, I didn't go mad but did eat a lot of bread etc, oops. Will bite the bullet at some point! Hope everyone is well xx

Stupidly ate lots of liquorice all sorts earlier, I'm
Obsessed with them and should know by now that I can't be trusted to just have one.

L: veg soup - 0pp and crackers - 2pp
S: aero biscuit - 3pp

Hi daisy... Apart from sleep, eat and sunbathe.. Nothing!! Hehe. Was perfect.

BUT... It's weigh in at 7pm and I know it's gonna be a big gain x
 
Right!! I'm going to put in 200% effort from now on, I want to get another stone off by Xmas. Know it doesn't sound much but I'm the worlds slowest loser!

Hi hun, I haven't as I find I don't respond well when I set myself targets against the clock, silly I know but I've given up understanding my head.

Today's 100% diary..

B: porridge with apple, cinnamon and sultanas - 5pp
S: special k bar - 2pp
L: feta salad - 3pp, mayo - 1pp iand space raiders - 2pp
S: one finger of kitkat - 1pp and fruit gums - 4pp
D: lasagne - 10pp with salad
 
Thursday..
B: grapefruit, yogurt and muesli - 5pp
S; rich tea biscuit - 1pp
S: special k bar and apple - 2pp
L: feta salad - 3pp

Good morning. Met my old friend from uni last night, was lovely to see her, but she almost cried when she saw me as couldn't believe how much weight I've lost etc, does anyone else get really uncomfortable when this happens? I don't feel I should be congratulated as I shouldn't have got so fat in the first place!!

Anyway... Today's food.. Ended up having 42 pp yesterday so being good today.

Hi Hun,good food wise as always :0) yes in the past when I've lost weight I'd think if only I hadn't gained it in the first place but look at it that the gained weight is now coming off and at least you are doing something about it ..for your health as well!

Saturday... First one in ages (since Alex) that I've felt happy doing my own thing, I don't feel lonely and miserable so yay. Am hoping to decorate kitchen this afternoon, need to get to b&q first though.

Today's menu...

S: approx 5 galaxy counters -2pp?
L: going to try making a Spanish omelette - 6pp
D: veg chilli with oven chips - 8pp

Will probably use rest of pp on biscuits if I'm decorating x

*** Update - I went to sainsburys and the cookies were on offer, why oh why can't I resist... or just eat one and leave the rest, no, I ate 3, grrgh, oh well... 20pp of my weeklies all used up ***
