Lous juddd diary

DD today....on a Saturday. I must be mental!!! I'm
Doing DD alternate days but I know a lot doing this just do 3 days alternate then have a weekend of UD but I'm saving that lol. At the minute I have nothing planned on my weekends so am just going to roll with it. I need to crack the 10.7 barrier, I've not been below this in 7 years!!!! So it's a massive milestone for me. I would love to
Be hitting 10.7 by next Friday but not sure if that's realistic or not. So well see!!
 
You can deffo do it Lou, look what you achieved this week. Keep focused my love and make careful choices while ensuring you have some treats in there, coupled with all that exercising you do it will shift in no time, there's quite a few of us at that weight. xx

Yeah I was better yesterday on my UD had 1900 cals which is 600 less than the times before :) today is a DD and tomorrow I'll be jogging on my UD as I found jogging on my DD was seriously hard. Im so determined to do it and I feel this is something I can definitely keep on with.
 
I think it is definately doable.... heres to less then 10 stone 7lb next week!!
 
right weekend went a bit off it but just inputted what i had into mfp and its not too bad tbh, i started last sunday so am just going to input what i had in cals every day

sunday: 499
monday: 2658
tuesday: 443
wednesday: 2547
thursday: 479
friday:1946
saturday: 2528

total:11,100

which divided by the 7 days is 1585

a tad high i think, i also had an UD on sunday as i was tired and hungover, so having a DD today and going to really limit my UD to no more than 2000 this week, i lost 3 pound by friday last week but i reckon thats probably all gone back on now :(
 
I have decided to weigh in fortnightly with a view to going monthly in the hope it keeps me on the straight and narrow, I won't know how bad a gain is if I go over and won't know if damage limitation has worked so am hoping this keeps me at it. Plus I'm sick of relying on the scales as to whether I feel
Slimmer, I want to see it and have confirmation after a set time has gone by and I feel with JUDDD I should be able to do this. I'd live to not get weighed until the hen do I'm going on on the 29th September but I don't know if temptation will get the better of me. Hmm. I'll just go as long as I can without weighing in I think
 
well done Lou I desperately want to jump on the weight once a month bandwagon but I don't think I can.

Me neither but it's my new challenge. I Wang to try get my head more into herby lifestyle rather than being obsessed with what the scales say, it's a long term thing and I need to get away from worrying do much. I need to learn to rely on me rather than the scales. And trust mysf. I'll let you know how I get on lol
 
Morning, good philosophy, I have found this diet has affected how I look much more than the scales would have you believe, I wish I had started measuring from the outset , I would also love to monthly weigh but I don't think I could so will see if you manage it and then maybe give it a try x

im having to stop this diet, its making me ill....well i think its the diet, its the only thing thats changed in my life and i feel dreadful. im gutted as the diet itself is the easiest to follow but it seems it doesnt suit me at all. :( ive done a thread on the downside to this diet that ive found as i have searched for anyone whos had similar experiences ont his diet but as its new theres very little information on it, so i wanted to put my findings forward for anyone who may exoerience similar or the same.
