I find it hard cos I work nights, have kids in the day and just don't get any time alone but am really trying to make time, I need to commit to doing it and make it important to me. I always feel great afterwards so no reason not to do it really!
Today me and hubby are poorly. He's got a sickness bug and I'm sweating and feeling really poorly. Soup day today!!
