LRO...name needs to change, I think ;(

Hi Rosie

You're definately back on the exercise wagon, well done you!! I need to get the wii fit pulled out this week i think. Still really enjoying running, are you still on your treadmill most days?

x

Hi Rosie you sound like your in the zone so to speak and I find I'm much better with my points if I track them online than if I rough count them in my head as you forget the little extra's! Good luck for next WI x

Going to WI tomorrow and see how I've gotten on this week - well from Tuesday to Friday morning....not that much time really to see a difference.

Played squash again today - its sooooo good. Knackering, but very, very enjoyable - and my OH has stopped trying to coach me! You would have thought I was planning to fight for a place for the olympics rather than just having a bit of fun.

another good food day - and just watched "my big fat head" on bbc iplayer. It was really good - and I could relate to a lot of what she was saying. All very interesting stuff.

Off to set up the gymnastics stuff tomorrow for a competition on Saturday - might have a nice lunch out in Birmingham - oh the excitement. x

Hiya Rosie.
Well done on the squash,do you do Gymnastics then or is it your DD?
I did gymnastics for 13yrs loved it..
Hope you enjoy your lunch treat tomoz and good luck for WI. x

Hi ya Rosie wow well done on the squash and the gymnastics so proud!! Hope the WI goes well for you!

HAHA Men don't know how to play sports just for fun ... it's like if I ever play pool with my DH , he's always trying to explain the angles of where to hit the ball etc, and I just want to whack it and hope for the best lol

Good luck for WI!!

I know - what are they like?

Anyway, weigh in was 1lb down...quite happy as its only been properly since Tuesday.

I just made a shocking discovery. Bought my DD a bag of white mice from ASDA - 27pts each and 1.3g of Sat fat....so for 7 its 5 points. Just made my tea - a gorgeous quorn curry and the WHOLE thing - enough for about 4 servings is 5 pts each :eek::eek:

I have taken pictures for comparison purposes and will post them - its a shocker!!!!! I know - very sad taking pics of your tea but needs must

Hi Rosie

That is a shocker about the white mice. So glad we are all trained up on spotting calorific foods. I decided im going to have a big pasta dinner tomorrow in prep for the 10k and thot its wi day will treat myself so bought a bag of pine nuts. The smallish bag is 150g and do you know that per 100g the calories are 667!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that, for those little things, bloomin heck!! Think ill just be having the 3 in my pasta, ha!

Rosie I dont believe you are 44.. really? If you are, WOW! You look really young in your profile picture!! Perhaps you could be the new model for L'Oreal Face Cream!:D

;)Yeah - how can you be so young looking when you are already younger than me:cry:

You still haven't explained the gym thing - was it for an offspring or is it work?

Would love to play squash again but unfortunately I'm too scared to put that on my list of things to do when I'm half my size 'cos I don't want to snap the other achilles:wave_cry:

Hope everything went well at the gymnastics today - update please:D

Thanks for dropping by - it cheers the soul.

Well - a very proud Mummy Rosie tonight

DD competed in Under 9 girls and under 9 mixed teams - and they won gold in both. Individually, she got silver in the mixed competition and 4th in the girls only. She did brilliantly well - probably her best scores ever.

Just about to have my tea - a Birds Eye light chilli con carne meal with wedges at 4.5pts. Looks and smells ok.

Gardening tomorrow so hopefully the sun will shine. x

Fab result - how proud you must be:D
