LRO...name needs to change, I think ;(

They should be outlawed - all jelly sweets covered in sugar.

OK, so no fat in them.... but zillions of calories when eaten in the quantities I have just had today.

bought them for my DD after her gym display as a treat - think she has had 3....and the rest?????

Mmmmm - maybe no tea tonight for me.:eek:

so easy done - everyone gets the sainsburys basics foam fruits (love foam bananas ) at ours, and they are evil cause they're advertised as fat free but just like marshmallows they stab you from behind with the sugar content :(

also, your daughter obviously takes after you as you're pretty amazing with all the stuff you manage :D and i totally agree with everyone else that you look nowhere near forty.. more like early thirties. x

Hi Rosie
Congrats to your DD what a little star :)

Sweets of any kind are a nightmare once you start its so hard to stop

Thanks Rach...and you have even see me in "real life" - so that makes the compliment double ;)

I can't take any credit for DD's gym though. I can't do anything like that at all - never been able to even do a cartwheel....I mean, what kind of kid was I???

Sugar sweets are the devils work. Lure you in with the promise of being fat free.....then get you hooked. Nasty, nasty sweets.

No exercise today either - was flirting with the idea but have decided not to. No reason, just can't be bothered really. Might have a surge of conscience and do a section of Davina though.:break_diet:

No more sweets over there Rosie thats the best way. Well done to your little girl that was an amazing result. Hoping you have a great day today

Thanks to my visitors. Its really nice to come on and see that someone cares enough to visit - *wonders to herself, "Do I need to get a life"*

Finished the jelly dummies so can't have them today - and actually did do the Steps DVD last night - my conscience screamed at me about 8.30pm and off I went.

I'm glad I did cos I felt better for it.

Funny thing is -when I do exercise - I am then much less likely to eat later on....maybe I should just do DVD after DVD all day long - suppose while you are jumping around, you can't nibble.

Got some great charity shop bargains at the weekend. The competition was in Edgbaston/Harbourne area of Birmingham which is quite posh - so the charity shops have some decent stuff in....got 2 pairs of jeans (Diesel, which are apparently quite expensive normally) - don't look remotely worn for £5!!!

Some people have more money than sense....I now resent having to pay full price for anything! (must be my Scottish genes kicking in there ;))

I love the idea of charity shopping but B is at that no shopping age, I may pop into town when he is at nursery tom. Sorry went off track a bit there lol.. Jelly dummies sound bad bad bad! I don't do jelly sweets, Choccie is my fix. Just as bad though.
Hope you do that DVD, You amaze me with your exercise. So motivated. Thanks for the posts Rosie, Have a good day xx

Oh I do love a good charity shop bargain!!

Woooo, hello stranger. I totally agree with you on the exersize front, if you do it, your less likely to wanna nibble later! So totally true. I have done nothing for 2 weeks and have started binging.... ahhhhh. New WW week from tomorrow so I need some AP challeneges me thinks... whatdya reckon? x

Isn't it funny how we all throw our dummies out now and again but NEVER the jelly ones:D

Well done on the exercise Rosie - I spent an hour with a sadistic PT - he's always trying to find new ways to kill me but I'm still resisting:D

What would you spend your 5pts on?

7 white mice.jpg

Image0054.jpg

That whole pot of curry was 5pts as I only had to "pay" for the Quorn - and a full bag is 5 pts.

Those little mice aren't even nice chocolate - I could have had 2 bars of my lovely 85% dark chocolate for the same as those 7 little blighters.....

Hi rosie, glad you enjoyed your shopping at the weekend, love shopping in Harborne ( nearest waitrose mmmmm....) and used to work in edgbaston so know them well.

I would rather have the curry for 5 points , but if you put the sweeites in front of me would probably have a nibble too.

Wish i could get the excercise bug!!

When your hip is sorted you'll be fine. You have to force yourself for a while - at least I did....then it kind of kicks in - strange but good!

Still can't believe those 7 mice are 5 points....sneaky little s*ds.

Hiya Rosie.
Hmm the curry looks lush defo worth 5 points but i have to have onion bargis, peshwari naan bread, rice+chips with mine  (yeh i am a piggi)..
Well done on the DVD..
Thanks for your support in my diary too x :)

Me I would choose the dark choc if that was on offer
dont like curry and dont like white mice

see I could have saved the points :)

Well done on the charity shop bargains - I like looking for bargains too - your jeans really were a good find

Hi Rosie

Definetley the curry ... don't like white mice .... hmmm but if they were lindt lindor balls mmmm - then again you'd probably only get 2 of them for 5 points :(

Can't get into Quorn tho :(

xx

ooh i had a few narshmallows the other day, took me right back to being a kid, then i felt sick_lol

I had marshmallows in my hot chocolate last night :D
They are rather sickly but soooo nice :p

Those results are fantastic for our daughter, you have every right to be proud :D

Mmmm white mice, I used to love them as a kid. Prefer decent chocolate now ;)
