Thanks for all the lovely messages - it has really helped me stay on track and starting to get excited that I might actually reach target weight before Christmas.
Well, 7.20am - I was on the treadmill. Only did 20mins but at a pretty fast speed (for me) or slower speeds but up hill. I reckon on 2 APs for the session. (the treadmill told me that I had used 208 calories, so does 2 seem about right to you AP experts out there)
Going to try for 20-30 mins each day by getting up a little earlier which shouldn't be too much hassle really.
Will set up a ticker RIGHT NOW!
