Wasn't on at all yesterday - that has not happened in a while.

Went shopping with big sis (well I say big but when she is buying size 6 clothes...she's far from big!!), niece and my mum to get my mum her christmas outfit.

she got one....per una....and its lovely

still not worked out the camera thing - think I have some horror before shots I can upload - or maybe not unless you are feeling particularly brave.

More online shopping to do today.

Good luck on weigh in hun. Hope you had fun shopping yesterday with your Sis. Be careful not to get carried away with the online shopping, cause I always do ;);). Finally I can see who I talking to now. Can't wait to see your goal pics.

Hurrah...another 2lbs lost for me this week - only 1.5lbs to go to goal so really hoping that I can get officially weighed on the Tuesday before Christmas because then I might just make it.....

I would say this has been my most "normal" week so far food wise - I have had a McD's (chicken salad though) and a chinese takeaway (veg chow mein/chicken chow mein) and a lunch out today (chicken and noodles) so not really being a martyr to the cause or anything.

Also....got a treadmill today which OH currently putting together. So that will be me at 7.30am doing my half hour and getting in some activity points. Will sort out an exercise ticker to make me stick with it.

Thanks for all the lovely messages - it has really helped me stay on track and starting to get excited that I might actually reach target weight before Christmas.

Well, 7.20am - I was on the treadmill. Only did 20mins but at a pretty fast speed (for me) or slower speeds but up hill. I reckon on 2 APs for the session. (the treadmill told me that I had used 208 calories, so does 2 seem about right to you AP experts out there)

Going to try for 20-30 mins each day by getting up a little earlier which shouldn't be too much hassle really.

Will set up a ticker RIGHT NOW!

Got this from Jax. It helps you work out how much AP you earn. Hope this helps.

Here's the formula I use for working out AP's (as given by our resident oracle, Rach):
Light Activity is your current weight x # of mins x .000232

Mod Activity is your current weight x # of mins x .000327

Heavy Activity your current weight x # of mins x .0008077
 
Thanks Keisha - according to that complex equation...I used 2.116174 APs - I reckon 2 is easier but think I will use the actual amount in my thread title...makes it more interesting methinks :8855:

I am targetting 16 per week (so some days 2, some days 3)

I reckon I could do the odd 10 mins session here and there throughout the day too which would also be easy to incorporate rather than just sitting here on my rear typing... if only you got APs for typing

well done on your APs! :D I hate the treadmill myself - always been a bike person myself - the ones where you can sit back with a magazine and pedal! :D
