Thanks Rach, I did, surprisingly

I did intervals this morning for 30mins.2min at 4mph, 1 min at 5.5mph and then 1 very long minute at 7.5mph - that one's a killer and makes me feel every minute of my age and every ounce of my weight....

3AP's earned though so not bad.

Also made the most gorgeous veggie chilli (with kidney beans) - a huge pot full for only 5 pts. I reckon I had 1.5pts at lunchtime and had a massive bowl.

Great value eating that!

Oh i would love the chilli recipe too!! It sounds fab! very good to snack on! Perhaps with the WW dorito things which are only 1 point! Youre running sounds great! I am so impressed!! I ran 1 mile at 7.5 when I was in school (so was younger and fitter) and quickly turned white and the room started spinning! The teacher was so worried! lol! So well done!! You are an inspiration!

Absolutely Rach...another 3 ap's this morning. Might give myself tomorrow off to let my muscles relax a bit. I am really enjoying doing it though which is a turn up for me.

It's out in the garage - and not even I am THAT messy that my clothes end up over there.

Its actually quite a nice way to wake myself up - only doing 20 or 30 mins though so nothing too difficult.
I have a treadmill too and like Jen if it were in the house it would probably be a clotheshorse - Mine is in the garage too - no clothes out there ... There are 101 cobwebs though as I am petrified of spiders and too scared to go out there :p So glad yours isnt turning into a white - elephant like mine :) - :happy096: for that!!! xxx
 
I am really pleased with myself on this treadmill thing. We had one before - and we do use it so I wasn't too scared of getting another when it broke down. It has taken about a year to replace it, mind.

My OH is a fitness freak - runs for an hour at 8mph, cycles for 70 miles at a stretch, that kind of thing....makes me feel tired just looking at him - so at least I have someone else egging me on.

Did 30 mins again this morning and feel that I am starting to get a bit fitter. I can now run at 6.2mph (that .2 is VERY important) without feeling like I am going to die....only for about 4 minutes though and then have to come back down.

The treadmill has one of those I-fit things - not tried it yet but might get one of the cartridges just to make my life more interesting. And....Basshunter ROCKS to run along to....

Took my measurements this morning - not done that since I came of W8 (we had to post our waist measurement each week) and in the last 15 weeks I have lost a staggering 35.5". I can't quite believe it :eek:

10" waist
5" fullest part of bust
8" just underneath my boobs
3" each thigh
1.5" from my arms
8" from hips

So - toning advice please - want to firm up my boobs (and stop them decreasing any more) and whittle down my waist a little - any suggestions?? Don't have a wii fit or hula hooping could have done the waist thing. Suppose I could just pretend :D

Doing some pressie wrapping today - nothing much exciting and trying to get the games cartridge on my little girls NDS to work. Bloomin' technology (or is it just technology in the hands of an old fart???)
