Day 34 - Monday 8th August 2016
Glad that people have managed to shed some light on my small losses and crazy hormones, I don't feel so disheartened now! Another 100% day, drank 2.5 L of water again. Been weeing loads so think I must be losing lots of retained water haha. Feeling more optimistic about weigh day now :)

Worked all day, stressful. I hope stress burns calories! Might start planning my refeed menu soon just as something to look forward to.
 
Yay down another pound and a quarter today (13 : 9¾) :D just got to lose another 1¾ pounds and I can cross off a mini goal (make 20% progress), and then another 1½ pounds after that and I will have lost a stone and a half :bunnydance:

Day 35 - Tuesday 9th August 2016
Happy that my losses have sped up again, it's spurring me on! Week 5 Weigh day tomorrow, not expecting a big loss but any loss is better than nothing and it's still a big step in the right direction! Spent the day with my boyfriend watching Game of Thrones and then spent the evening with my family. Drank 2.5 Litres of water plus the nearly a litre i get from the shakes.

I keep being mega ill :sick0019: every so often since being on Lipotrim, can't see any reason for it? Strange. Bring on the scales tomorrow!

Gosh that is strange, I had IBS before my first tfr but seems it was coca cola causing it as after my first day everything settled. Are you taking fiber?

I'm not taking fiber no, it's really odd that it only happens sometimes!
 
Well I sts today so only 1.75 pound loss this week. Better than nothing I suppose and I'm still on track for a stone a month (only just though!)
 
Day 36 - Wednesday 10th August 2016
Wasn't all that happy with this week's loss but I'm still averaging 3.5 pounds/week so as long as I don't lose slowly too often I should be okay. However, if my slow losses were due to hormones then surely this is all going to happen again next week when I'm actually due :(

I'm losing slower than I was the first time, by week 5 I had lost nearly a stone and a half (20.5 pounds) but now I've only lost 17.75. I guess it's not so bad.

I was ill again, I don't understand what's making me ill when I'm only consuming the same thing all the time (water and milkshakes). It makes no sense!

Getting really fanciful (not hungry) for carbs and yummy food but I won't give in, I have to remind myself that yummy food will always be around, and that I can wait.

You are doing so well! Last time round things were different and our bodies react differently, your tummy issues could be causing the slow results on the scales. However just because the scales aren't showing it doesn't mean you aren't burning ridiculous amounts of fat! Lift out a kilo of rice or sugar and visualise that fat gone for good, then remember if you weren't doing this would you be losing or would you be gaining?

Thank you, that's very encouraging! I know it's pretty much impossible not to lose weight on this diet as you're only getting about 400 calories a day! I keep telling myself that the scales don't always represent my progress :) I take my measurements fortnightly (every second weigh-in) so I'm looking forward to that on Wednesday!

I would definitely be gaining if I wasn't doing this, I just kept getting fatter and fatter and heavier and heavier, I went from 11 stone to 12 stone in a few months, then up to 13 stone in another few months, then 14 stone within the year! then 15 stone! :eek:

Yay another pound loss this morning! (13 : 8¾) so I'm ¾ of a pound away from a mini goal (make 20% progress), 2¼lb away from losing a stone and a half, and I've lost 18¼ pounds so far!:D
