Day 46 - Saturday 20th August 2016
Time is flying by! Stayed 100%, drank a ton of water (3+ Litres not including shakes!) so hoping for a loss tomorrow. Looking like it's going to be a slow loss this week, but that's okay, a small loss is still a loss and better than a gain. Took a walk to the beach again, freezing cold, thighs ached as I walked up the hill home. Speaking of thighs, I'm now exfoliating them every other day in the hope that it will eliminate some cellulite and/or prevent loose skin. Will it work? I'm so scared of having loose skin. Someone I know lost loads of weight and now she has baggy arms and legs, and she's only 20-something! Last time I did this diet I had a bit of loose skin on my arms (I lost 6.5 inches off each arm) and I really don't want that to happen everywhere.

I haven't been sleeping properly so maybe that's why my losses haven't been great.
 
I think as regards loose skin on this diet u shouldn't worry too much.i think it's more than likely ul get loose skin on this diet cos the weight loss is dramatic however u only need to give your skin time to catch up. Skin takes a while to tighten up. Exercise will help xx

As long as it shrinks back then that's okay :) Thanks x
 
STS again :( I've only lost 0.75 pound in 4 days and weigh-in day is only 3 days away :(

Getting fed up with my non-existent losses :( Stayed 100%, drank more than enough water. My parents are going away on holiday until friday so I'll be house-sitting and dog-sitting for them, with my boyfriend.
 
(yesterday) Day 48 - Monday 22nd August 2016
Still no loss :( I've been 100%, despite my boyfriend ordering a dominoes pizza and me making him food, I haven't even been tempted or had a single bite. Really getting disheartened now. Parents are away now so we took the dog on a quick walk. I picked her up to put her in the bath and she's so heavy! Then I realised that she weighs 55 pounds which is about the same amount of weight I put back on. Yikes! Hoping for a loss soon.

Look at how much you've lost already. That's progress. It will come off. Some times daily weighing really doesn't help but I do it too. Hang on in there. X

But i don't understand how I'm not losing anything at all :( I'm trying real hard to stay positive :(
 
Week 7 weigh-in and down 0.75 pounds.... (yep, still no loss) :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
Why is this happening? I've been 100%, I've drank loads of water, it's not TOTM, it makes no sense :(
 
Oops... I just ate two slices of leftover pizza, a slice of bread and butter and 5 squares of Cadbury's :(
 
Draw a line under it, it happened. You've got to move on and refocus on this week's goal.
 
Come on girly u can get back on it uv been doing amazing. If you are like me this journey is teaching me I need to draw a line and get back on it straight away with whichever diet I choose to follow. It's really hard to stay 100%, yes it can be done but it is hard. I had a bad day yesterday but I'm determined to just keep my head down and keep going. You have been doing fabulously and you can continue to do so lovey xx all is not lost from one mistake xx
 
It happens. Just don't let it ruin the hard work you've already put in. I know your disheartened but the body does what it does but the losses do come. Sometimes not as fast as you want but that could be due to water retention or any number of things. Just dont feel bad or guilty about it. You ate something, you didn't kill someone!! If you're heads in the right place just get straight back on it and get honking again. Xx

Your already back to 100% from after it you reset and the rest of the day is 100% that's what matters..

Thanks lovely xx I won't let it deter me and I'm just going to forget about it and stay 100% from now on. I know that eating one day isn't going to ruin 7 weeks worth of work. Maybe it might kickstart my body into actually losing some weight! I think I was just feeling so disheartened in my ridiculously small loss this week that it just seemed like there was no point anymore, but any loss is better than a gain. To top it off I think I'm getting a cold and my throat hurts. Back on it tomorrow xx

I won't let it ruin my progress, no more eating from now on. My head is totally in the right place and I'm just going to stick to it 100% and wait for the losses to come because they WILL come xx
