LT Diary Charlotte

Day 53 - Saturday 27th August 2016
Another 100% day, happy that I finally saw a loss after so long of STS and a gain. Really hoping to be out of the 13's soon. Not looking forward to measuring myself on Wednesday because I haven't lost much weight and my belly is bloated. Ideally I'd like to see a big loss this week so that I'm still on track for a stone every 4 weeks, but it's not looking likely. Oh well :)
 
Lost 0.25 pounds (13 : 4.25) so now I'm only a quarter of a pound above last weigh-in's weight. I wonder why it's taking so long to go back to 13:4? Big loss this week isn't looking likely at all :(
 
Just been looking at my weigh-ins from last time I did Lipotrim and I lost 2 stone by my 9th weigh-in. With any luck I can do the same this time. 4.75 pounds in 10 days is achievable isn't it?!
 
Charlotte!! how are you? I decided to come back on this site as its so helpful and great for motivation. I was subscribed to this diary from before so it just gave me a notification :) I'm not following any plan this time, just eating well and exercising. best of luck. hopefully we'll both get to goal weight and stay there forever x x

Hey Jenny, welcome back! I'm fine thank you, not at all happy about putting all the weight back on (plus extra) but at least I'm on my way back to where I was. I'm really motivated this time! Best of luck with it xx
 
I'm pleased to hear you are feeling really motivated, I am too :) I considered LT for about a minute but really hate the shakes and struggled with every single one, yuk. I know its a horrible feeling when you gain but like you said, you're on the way back to where you were.

you're doing really well. I'm sure you'll achieve your goal in no time.

I'm so glad to have found this site and these threads! I'm on day 2 of Lipotrim today. It's been a tough couple of days but I'm still very determined. I'm 20stone and need to lose tonnes of weight. x

Thank you. I don't mind the shakes (well, I only have chocolate). Obviously I'd rather eat some chips or something but it's all worth it in the end :) I'm glad your healthy eating approach is working well for you xx
 
Day 54 - Sunday 28th August 2016
Stayed 100% again. Happy that I'm finally losing again but not so happy about the fact that it's so slow. I feel like it's dragging and has been for a while and it's really upsetting. Went to my boyfriend's this evening for the first time in about a month. I feel more comfortable at his now that I don't feel like an embarrassing heffa.

My sister visited today for the first time in about 6 weeks. I told her that I've lost over a stone and a half and she said "it shows, especially around your waist". Glad that it's noticeable :)

Yay I'm finally losing daily again! Down 0.75 pounds (13 : 3.5) so now I'm lighter than last week's weigh-in and the 1.25 pound gain is gone! :)

are you drinking enough water? are you exercising? could be too much exercise? are you stressed? guess lots of things could contribute. fingers crossed for you x x
I'm drinking more than enough water, not exercising yet though. Guess it could be stress or the fact that my hormones are up the wall! xx

maybe try some light exercise. I always find it hard to lose weight when I'm stressed, even on LT. hope it changes soon hun x x
 
STS today :( This is driving me mad :(
 
Hey missus sorry. However you need to look at the impact daily weighing is having on you, it really seems to sap your motivation and you will have plenty of days like this it's a given. You know the biggest challenge we face is mental and our brains need us to focus on positive mental attitude. You need to look at plateaus and see the positive that if you weren't on this journey it most likely would have been a gain.

Can you give your mum your scales and even limit to twice a week?
