Hey missus sorry. However you need to look at the impact daily weighing is having on you, it really seems to sap your motivation and you will have plenty of days like this it's a given. You know the biggest challenge we face is mental and our brains need us to focus on positive mental attitude. You need to look at plateaus and see the positive that if you weren't on this journey it most likely would have been a gain.

Can you give your mum your scales and even limit to twice a week?
Even if I didn't weigh daily I'm still losing less than a pound per week so it's still disheartening anyway. I like weighing daily because it lets me know that I'm on the right track and it makes me feel good when I've lost loads of weight overnight.

I really hope so because it's been two weeks without a big loss and I'm getting fed up with it :( xx

I've just been to the chemist and signed up and today is my first day so your diary has been a great distraction from food :)

Day 56 - Tuesday 30th August 2016
100% again. Really annoyed that I'm barely losing any weight. If my losses don't speed up in a week or two then I'm going to stop Lipotrim and try something else because this is just expensive and hard and the whole point is that it works quickly, but if it's not working as fast as it should then what's the point, I might as well try Slimming World or low-carb or something.

Not looking forward to weigh-in day tomorrow as I know it's going to be another small loss. Also it's time to take my measurements but I don't think there'll be any spectacular results there either seeing as I've barely lost any weight.

I must still be losing fat though (how can you not when you're only getting 400 calories a day?) because I apparently look slimmer (according to my Mum) and my niece looked at me in shock this morning and asked how much weight I've now lost because my face looks noticeably smaller since she saw me last (a few days ago).

This is just so confusing and disheartening :(
 
Hey Hun don't get disheartened I had a few weeks when i just platoed and then I had a big loss. And the measurements will be okay Hun because once fat turns to muscle it weighs the same but looks different.
This diet is hard and sometimes feels impossible but I'm sure f you stick with it you'll get results Don't let it get you down just goes to show how strong willed you can be! Good luck xx

Thank you, I'm really hoping that the big losses come soon xx I'm doing okay right now, it doesn't seem so hard, but I guess that's because I'm so determined. Thank you xx
 
Lost a pound since yesterday so week 8 weigh-in at 184.5 pounds (13 : 2.5), a weekly loss of 1.5 pounds. Probably would've been more than that if I didn't stuff my face last week so it's my own fault.

Measurements:


Upper arm: - ½" (- 1½" overall)
Forearm: No change (- 1" overall)

Bust: - ½" (- 3½" overall)
Waist: - ½" (- 4½" overall)
Hips: - ½" (- 4½" overall)

Thigh: No change (- 3" overall)
Calf: No change (- 1" overall)

Just another inch or so and I'll be a size 12 :D
 
Great well done that's a good loss despite your blip and your back on 100%. Wow on the 12! I wore a 12 vest yesterday which was great but a bit off 12s yet...

Thank you, I'm pretty happy considering I was a size 16-18 and now I'm nearly a 12 :D I was a size 10 with a size 8 waist at my lowest weight of 143 pounds (26 inch waist) so I can't wait for that again

I'm very happy for you :) I'm really struggling to find food that I actually like (I'm fussy) that's healthy so I'll definitely come to you for some ideas. I'm glad it's working well for you xx

Day 57 - Wednesday 31st August 2016
Well this week's loss wasn't as bad as I was expecting and I'm happy that I lost some inches (well, half an inch) as well. If I can be under 13 stone by next weigh-in then I'll be happy :) If I can get to 12 : 13.5 by Tuesday (so in 6 days) then that means I will have lost a stone a month, that would be great!

I've drank way more water than normal today, probably about 3.5 litres. Hopefully that should help with the losses!

I'm now nearly halfway to my first goal date, and I'm also nearly half way to my first goal weight (11 stone by halloween) so I guess I'm still on track :)
 
Woohoo, 0.75 pound down (13 : 1.75)! :D
