..loads of brill stuff! The biggest take-home message for me was not to add extra fat to meals i.e. by frying, using butter, salad cream, etc.
It was also useful to learn that you get 4 cals per gram of carbs but 9 cals per gram of fat! "Fat makes you fat!"
There was a scary section
about the fat in sausages and bacon...
And quite a bit of science thrown in for good measure..
Anyway, I recommend it as definitely worth listening to.
