well today has been busy
did 1hr at the gym: treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine and free weights feeling a lot better now about this week, also going to mow the back garden in half an hour, so more exercise - makes a change for me
todays menu's:
Brekkie: 3 rice cakes & ww cheese - 2.5points
Snack: WW Peanut, raisin and choco bar - 1.5points
How is life? You are doing so well on WW. I must get my head back into gear now birthday is over. No more excuses! Off to a farm today with little one but packing a really healthy lunch with lots of fruit.
well last night i had a sneaky half portion of chips which i figured out at 4.5points so not bothered about them , also later yesterday i dod 30mins of mowing the lawn so i made about 3 activity points the whole day so im pretty chuffed.

life is good, still waiting to hear from university about whether im in or out, so nervous waiting, altho i had great vibes when i left now im not so sure!
have fun at the farm, im working till 4 today so no outings for me - how sad? :-(
it starts the middle of sept which is really close and i also have a unconditional offer for college but would rather go to uni, its a nightmare waiting, even a phone call with a wee yes or no would suit me rather than waiting on slow posty to deliver the news
