No need to throw scales out the window or burn them as I lost 6lbs this week and I am now 14st 11lbs now thats much better I'm happy with that Sorry Rosie I beat you to the 14's but you will be there this week and we can now saunter into the 13's

Pookie accepted the size 10 but didn't fancy being a good girl for the rest of her life so ran off into the sunset with her pole under one arm and Rosie's toy box under the other

Last time I was under 15st was 1995 so this is a great time for me in 1995 I got down to 14st 6lbs at lowest so that is my next mini target
