HEA1: 350mls skimmed milk
HEA2: not sure yet - would it be wrong to have 28g grated Edam on my SW chips tonight?
HEB1: 42g All Bran
HEB2: 2 x Alpen Light bars
Breakfast: 42g All Bran, chopped banana
Lunch: Homemade tomato soup, sunbites (5.5 syns), Bread (6 syns) Activita FF vanilla yoghurt
Dinner: SW chips, mushy peas, 2 x quorn burgers (1 syn)
Snacks: 2 x Alpen light bars, melon, pineapple
Total syns for day: 12.5 syns
Water: will aim for 4 pints of sugar free squash plus tea and coffee (with milk from allowance)
