Oh,what a pain. Bread really p***** me off actually- def lose more the weeks that I have more salads than sandwiches. And I have big salads (with eggs,nuts etc) that are quite high in pp, but they take about an hour to eat. Sandwiches are a bad choice for me. Still always having them,though!

thats because bread is just so yummy especially now winter is clearly on its way!!
