Hello all, I've just sat down after a mad day and looked at the clock...It's 5.20?? Where has today gone and I've only had 1 shake. Water is chilling in the freezer as i type (as i love my shakes really cold)

Hi Surf, I try to finish my water by 5pm as i hate having to go in the middle of the night? Have you been on the scales at all?

Sorry Leeds I wasn't good.
Had milk in my tea today and 2 slices of cheese and a spoonful of tuna. I'm going to keep on trying this week but it's not going well. I've been bad in the past but not this bad, I wonder if it's because it's my totm?!?
 
babe just put it behind you and move on. ask yourself why and then start again tomorrow. What you have had isnt bad. i bet 6 months ago you would of had a lot worse xxx
 
how long have you been doing it hun? mybe keep trying for another week but if you feel its not workig then try something else WW or SF. Or even start on a higher cd plan and work down hun xxx
 
I was fine the first week, but this week I have been soooo hungry. I'm going to keep it up till the end of the month atleast.
 
good for you hun. you just have to keep telling yourself you are not hungry. anytime you feel the urge, read a book, have a bath or if all else fails go to bed xxx

I know you can do it. You are such a strong person and i have every faith in you xxx
 
Just out of interest hun have you heard of lipobind. Ive ordered some as read some reall ygood reviews but now im seeing somereviews with some horror stories :(
 
They are tablets that you take after your meal (im going to do it on evening meal) it binds the fat so it doesnt store in your body but there are some horror stories that are now putting me off :(
 
Right every day since WI i have been naughty and been eatting bit's here and there. Ok it may not be massive amounts (probably on some days up to 400 cals) but enough crap and wrong stuff to ruin CD. I need to have a really good talk to myself.

I really do want to shift this last 3 stone and no matter what people say to me good or bad I am going to do this.

By 7th October (my friend leaving meal) I would like to weight 13stone 3lb. That is 10lb in 3 weeks that is do-able isn't it.
 
10lbs is very do able babes. Just ask yourself why you are doing it? If there are certain times of the day that makes you do it. If there is occupy your mind with something else. You can do it hun, i know you can xxxx
 
lyndzi we have a similar journey and i refuse to let you give in. please just persevere girl and the results will be all the motivation you need. i am on week 1 bak after about 8 weeks off and i didnt gain much. pls stick with it, we know it works thats why we are both back right? the only diet which will let you lose 10lbs in time for your meal is CD. dont let your brain trick you into giving up!! give it at least another week and then decide. you have done SO well, just give it another whole hearted shot!

Well today was a new day and... So far I have been golden.
*1 x tetra
*3 x Mint tea
*2 litres of water

How good have I been, very proud of myself but from now until bed is the hardest time for me. When I make hubby's tea and sandwich box is when I have the urge to pick.
 
well done hun. How did you do in the evening? i admit thats the hardest part for me. When i cooking for the kids and doing their lunch boxes is when i want to pick. I found chopping up a stick of celery and munching on that helped me xxx
