Evening Tania, how is the West Country? I am hot - maybe because I have demolished most of a chicken, but I have a fasting blood test at 11.55 tomorrow morning so won't be able to have anything until 2pm tomorrow.

the west country is bleedin freezing !!! had an hour sat in a church watching the nativity they had a couple of bars of heat on .....back at home now and in bed !!!!! wrapped in my quilt ....have not weighed for days think the cold has done for me for a few weeks , still dukaning but the cold and having a cold has lowered my apertite so im hopefully stsing

It's been a little warmer here over the last few days, but I am sure I must have used up tons of energy shivering! I too go to bed sometimes to get warm

I feel starving this morning - because I know I can't have anything. What I really want is a cup of tea I will have a chicken ready in the oven for when I get back at 2!
