Im sorry you havent lost a vast amount but as jo says if you were doing low carb anyway it would be unlikely that you would lose the 7 lbs some people would. I enjoy the counting TBH - thats why i got on so well with WW. it must be a control thing.
I dont use cups much I just go by whats on the wrapping i.e. mushrooms in packets, cabbage in packets spinach etc etc
there are some yoghurts you can find low carb - dont know myself though cos i dont really like them so dont look. have you done 2 weeks induction? are you increasing your carbs by 5?
