Breakfast: crunchy nut/semi skimmed
Lunch: feta lighter cheese, lean ham and salad with fat free chilli salad dressing
Dinner: chicken and chorizo paella
Snacks:
Banana

1/2 punnet of grapes
Magnum classic
1 lt water
3 x coffee
