I can't believe I'm writing this down but this is how today went:
Got up early to make my MIM that I had for breakfast with philadelphia cheese and also my salad for lunch.
Well things didn't go as planned, got to work and was reminded about the lunch booked in at a Thai restaurant. I was actually really looking forward to my salad by the time we got to the restaurant I was so starving! Had pad Thai and that's where my brain said "well if uve ruined it already u might as well enjoy it fully! So I had chocolate, cakes and just finished baking cinnamon rolls (Yupp 12 at night..) What's wrong with me?!
Oh bless you Maddie... So easy to sabotage - I know the feeling ! Just keep to clean and green and loads of water and you'll soon get back into the zone xx
Yes back to it had a good day today, and after a long day at work I still managed to go to the gym and burn 400 cal (better than nothing!) time to sleep
