Non fasting day yesterday ended on 985kcals and fasting day today ended on 455kcals. Loving how easy this is! Thank heavens for ww tins soup though, especially in this awful weather! Xxx
3 weeks is great, I've just started slimming world again but I will do the odd fast when I slip up and give into wine and hangover munchies. Hopefully this will limit the damage lol Fingers crossed you get a whoosh very soon xx
