I think I'm around 9.5 - 9.7 just now. I'm still in my size 8s though and know I was 9.6 when I got my super skinnys lol, it's just they're not as comfortable as they were. In saying that ill put them on today as I feel slimmer. Ill weigh on Thursday to see where I'm at, if I'm where I wanna be I won't have the Friday fast ( resume back to 5:2 ) I really only weigh now and again when I feel like it, but I am wanting to go back to weekly weighing as after a few weeks with no exercise and over on cal days I feel I need to see what's going on again.
Fast n furious is a shortened insanity DVD, available from Argos. It's one of his cardio circuit workouts but lasts only 22 mins, so perfect before work, not to time consuming. The thigh n ab challenge are just other 30 day challenges.
I've done the squat challenge 3 times now and the thigh challenge once so am now trying the ab one. Ill post them below.
