I do mon/wed/Friday just now so 4:3 but am hoping after weigh in on Thursday I can go back to 5:2 ( mon/wed) thanks kira xxx
 
Food is soooo boring today lol! Vanilla latte breakfast 109kcals, sweet n salt topcorn and flavoured water lunch 84kcals, slimm noodles, prawns, chilli, tomato purée, small carrot, tea 133kcals, snacks 6x extra strawberry gum 12kcals, 1 x green tea, 1 x medium costa Americano black 8kcals and 10g flaked almonds 60kcals brings me on 407kcals so far... So hungry though lol xxx

Love the hair! You look so skinny!! You are so skinny but also very toned and muscular. The insanity has paid off definitely. And the hula hooping! X
 
Don't feel skinny or toned or muscular lol, feel slim but wobbly lol... Gimme a few more weeks. :) thanks xxx
 
Add 1 more green tea and a bowl with 64g fun size apple, 100g fun size pear, 5g raisins means 93kcals and finished bang in 500kcals! Xxx

I was looking at hula hoops last night after reading Carrie's post! But I am conscious i will make the purchase and not use it! Will hold off for a while.
 
Thanks ladies, hubby was day off today so we went through to Keswick for the day, walked for ages round the lake and went to brysons for an afternoon tea. Gorgeous! I've logged everything I ate, I know I won't be spot on but I shouldn't eat exercise cals ( I think ) and all the walking has defo burned loads today. Done fast n furious, day 7 thighs n abs, and 30 mins hula too. Had a very lazy tea lol, wasn't hungry after afternoon tea and was so hot, I had salad with ham, light mozzarella, salad tomatoes and beetroot, followed by a bowl of apple, banana, pear, strawberries and smothered in a low fat greek coconut aldi yoghurt. Delicious! Tea was 208kcals and fruit n yoghurt was 245kcals. I'm on 1433 out of 1725 for the day so far but gonna have a choc bar n cuppa tea when youngest goes to bed at 8pm. Xxx

Yum! Your food today sounds delicious! And Keswick is lovely :) I tried hula aerobics once but had a terrible bruise on my hip from it :( then a guy in Central Park taught me how to do it when I was on holiday in New York. :) that was great fun! I'd love to do it again

All food was gorgeous, and were really hoping its beautiful weather on Sunday so we can go on the boat trip around the lake. Take a picnic then take the boys for an icecream. I love hula! I do 30mins every night and don't know if it does much but it does burn calories and is fun in the process?! Win win! Thank you xxx
 
Fast day today, vanilla latte breakfast 109kcaks, ww chicken noodle soup and sweet n salty popcorn for lunch 139kcals, had a small black Americano at costa 6kcals and a treat size crunchie at 80kcals so far today xxx
 
I hula whilst catching up on Minimins and/or catching up with my soaps on the iPad lol xxx
