Thanks ladies, hubby was day off today so we went through to Keswick for the day, walked for ages round the lake and went to brysons for an afternoon tea. Gorgeous! I've logged everything I ate, I know I won't be spot on but I shouldn't eat exercise cals ( I think ) and all the walking has defo burned loads today. Done fast n furious, day 7 thighs n abs, and 30 mins hula too. Had a very lazy tea lol, wasn't hungry after afternoon tea and was so hot, I had salad with ham, light mozzarella, salad tomatoes and beetroot, followed by a bowl of apple, banana, pear, strawberries and smothered in a low fat greek coconut aldi yoghurt. Delicious! Tea was 208kcals and fruit n yoghurt was 245kcals. I'm on 1433 out of 1725 for the day so far but gonna have a choc bar n cuppa tea when youngest goes to bed at 8pm.
