Worked 9-3 today then picked up wee one from school, into town then home to cook tea. I had courgette, carrot, red onion, and tomatoes all roasted together with 4 aldi chicken kebabs. The total cals came to 411! Was sooo yummy! Then hubby and I made groot cupcakes! Had a bit of the shortbread groot and 2 cupcakes. Finished today on 1371. Have a pounding sore head which is definitely caffeine withdrawal. Just gotta get through this! Xxx

Must admit to feeling much better today. Done day 5 insanity and had 15g puffed wheat with 75ml koko milk for breakfast. Here's to a great fast xxx
 
I know my fast meals are very repetitive but it's only because they are soooo filling and tasty and easy! No lunch as worked 9-3 with no break. Had my fish with zero noodles for tea 248kcals and and 180g raspberries, 1 x strawb & kiwi jelly and pot iceland fat free strawberry yoghurt. Am on 433kcals so far and I actually think I'm stuffed! 3rd and final fast of the week done! Xxx

My friend isn't a huge fan but she uses half the pack along with normal noodles to drastically cut the cals in her meals ( she does the same with slim rice too ) she finds it less noticeable then but just as tasty. Thanks weebuns, I really needed a week back in the zone and I feel like I'm back where I need to be mentally. I am pushing for 8.10 again though as it's been a goal for soo long I sort of feel like a failure for not giving it my best go? I know 9.3 was my goal but even before then 8.10 was dream ( suppose I never really believed it ever make goal ) xxx
 
Had my puffed wheat, banana, raisins and koko milk for breakfast after day 6/63 insanity and with tomorrow being a rest day I can say week one completed! Just 8 more weeks to go! Haha! Felt a bit drained doing it this morning but totm reared it's ugly head last night and I do normally need the caffeine to get me going the next few days but no caffeine allowed on my teatox so just done the best I could. Normally today would be my treat day but I'm still going to aim low as last 2 weeks more than made up for naughties. Still no crisps, I had a bit if the choc shortbread on Thursday but no chocolate bars still lol and no caffeine. Done all my washing and housework ( except Hoover ) will do that once out the bath and dressed. Then going into town to post my Eldests national insurance confirmation for his card! Eeeeeeek! I don't feel old enough! Haha!

Meeting hubby to nip to aldi after his work for a few bits ( he took the bank card ) grrrr. It's gorgeous here today so definitely gonna take wee one out on his bike for a wee while. Then his friends coming around in the afternoon so ill do my mammoth ironing then... Schools back so it's doubled again! Haha!

Well yesterday ended on 2661 and as it was a treat day im not concerned as I did enjoy it. Aiming for around 1800 today ( tdee ) rest day of insanity so week 1/9 complete!!! Yay! Xxx
 
Well done! You're doing so well Carrie. Remind me what weight you were when you started dieting? I can't seem to access your diaries which is a shame as I'd love to read your weight loss journey xx
 
Made a cooked breakfast for the boys and I had my puffed wheat, banana, raisins and koko milk. Teatox and red berry blush tea. Got painful wind in my upper abdomen, so taken some windeze. Taking wee one to the swing park soon as it's gorgeous. Xxx
 
But see, I look at it that I was in the 8s after I had my eldest so I DOUBLED in size lol. Xxx
 
Played football with wee one for a bit, done a bit of shopping then back to the park where hubby pushed me on the swings but once I was high kept squeezing my bum and I couldn't stop laughing... Others thought we were mad haha. Made the boys some ice cream milkshakes in my smoothie maker and since then it's been digestives and a mars bar for me... Eeeek! Thank goodness I'm so good through the week xxx
