maintenance with 5:2

had a chicken salad baguette for lunch, no mayo or dressing was so yummy! Tea was a turkey stirfry with melon and low cal jelly. On 1333kcals so far xxx

Couldn't find those noodles in Boots. They only had a tiny section for quite a big store. Will keep an eye out. Not in a rush for them so I'll get them when I get them. I did, however, find fish infusions. Still licking my lips!!! X
 
It's prob worth looking online too? They maybe have a bigger selection? * Carrie runs to google* xxx

These are mine. I got them off T'interweb it they were £20 for 14 packs. Holland & Barrett do same as mine for buy one get one half price but work out about £2 a pack even on that

I buy those when they're on offer. Love the zero ones though. At only 4kcals per 100g the best I've found xxx every calorie helps on a fast day xxx
 
So up, teatox, insanity day 3/63, had a pineapple and koko milk smoothie then got wee one ready for his first day back in year 4! Where has the time gone? He was sooo excited bless him, ran in and I practically had to rugby tackle him for a hug haha xxx

Thanks ladies, he had a great first day back! My day has consisted of a pineapple koko milk smoothie at 73kcals, I use frozen pineapple chunks ( 80g ) and 100mls koko milk with water to thin it down. Lunch was subway salad ( turkey no dressing ) at 105kcals and tea was my zero noodles 80g salad tomatoes and my fish inspirations at 264kcals. Planned pud is 2x jelly pots and 100g raspberries at 40kcals! Have also had 2 x 500mls coke zero at 4kcals. Will finish on 486! Yummmmmmm! Back in the zone! Xxx image-2120034024.jpg

Yep, good fats! I'm only doing no coffee due to the teatox and I can sometimes end up being obscene with choc so for me it's easier not to have it. :) xxx
 
It's not that I'm hungry but I just miss my puffed wheat on a fast day, I love it with banana, raisins and koko milk. It's truly Devine! Xxx
