Day 1 of new challenge has gone well... i have had food wise:
Ham salad on weight watchers toast,
Honeydew melon (300g)
WW meal- roasted vegetable arrabbiata
Curly wurly
Exercise: 55 min Zumba class & 30 min walk dogs
I wouldn't normally miss breakfast but was out the door at 8.40am & wanted to get weighed on empty tummy then by time I'd done Zumba,showered & come off hear it was 11.30am! So my 1st meal was like brunch lol more importantly I've not been hungry at all, had decent amount of water (which really does help with weight loss I think) & for the 1st time in a long while had salad, fruit & veg all in 1 day
I'm trying to not eat passed 6pm as I've found in past this also helps with my weight loss!
I usually go gym or swim about 5 days a week & have Sundays off & its welcomed as I'm aching so much from Zumba today!!! Roll on day 2
