WI tomorrow and will be happy to get the 2lb off that I gained last week, antibiotics and painkillers have knocked me out of ketosis :-( but still not interested in eating
 
Busy few days been decorating the house 2 rooms done and looking fab 6 to go, that's should keep me busy. Starting the dinning room next getting it ready for Christmas.

Well it's the weekend again the 2 day of the week that test me the most but saying that my body is finally kicking in and I'm showing 4lb less then Wednesday so keeping fingers crossed for this weeks WI. When to get some jeans yesterday as I keep going through the knees crawling around with my little ones. Normally I'm between a 10 and a 12 at the moment but when I tried peacocks boyfriend cut 10s on the didn't feel right, so I tried the 8 and omg they fit. I know I'm not an 8 in any other shop but if anyone needs a confidence boost it's worth nipping in lol.

Moving up the steps for me now and looking forward to adding a bit more food, I really miss salmon so hubby is taking me to a sushi restaurant tomorrow as a treat. I know I can eat anything as long as I stay off the rice,

Thought I had a very naughty weekend and I did but it scales are still moving down slowly. Enjoying adding food to my diet again

Been doing well counting cals this week I now know I can't eat bread (2.6lb on) but feeling positive as until the bread yesterday the scales were showing 10,7 fingers crossed I see it again very soon. Hubby is taking me to the pictures tonight it's been far to long since we went out.
 
Found a fantastic cook book the other day by Gina steer called just 100 calories. It's full of recipes that are below 100 cal and most serve 4 so I have been splitting the recipes in half for me a hubby. I just cooked a 74cal breakfast and added a poached egg, low cal and lovely. 99% of the recipes are carb free including a perfect burger using grilled tomato for the bun lol
My bread gain has finally dropped but TOTM next week :-(

That sounds exactly what I need. Especially after my excesses last night!
 
It's fab this morning was asparagus with grilled tomato and bacon 74cal plus my poached egg it was lovely. Think tomorrow will be courgette, carrot and tomato frittata at 100cal per portion x
