Do you still follow Slimming World? How can I access your West Indian recipes plz? I really need some authentic tasting recipes.

Hi Ladyclear - I don't think she's here.

Google "west indian slimming world" for some recipes. I think the Slimming World ones probably need different spicing and you'll find a few others on age 2 and beyond.
