730 WI for 8pm start, its a long one apparently so should be out for 9... going to try and stay this week and next and then do every other week for class.

Getting a 6 week countdown tonight so hopefully spending the money will keep me motivated!

Nothing really bad in the calendar for another 10 days so can give it a good go xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So day 1 of new class, new start today! I really enjoyed class last night, its a good group that's been going for over 15 years and had lots of success so fingers crossed! xxx

I've reset all of my trackers etc from today for a fresh start... my numbers have gone up by about half a stone though as I was weighing in the morning and now its 8pm!!!

I also ate before WI last night which won't be happening next week haha!xxx

6th November 2013 - EE Day

Brekkie - Alpen Light Bar (HEX B), Muller greek yog (0.5)

Lunch - Ham salad with lettuce, cherry tomato, radishes, HEX A feta (light), Crisps (4.5)

Snacks - Vimto no added sugar cordial, 2 x coffees (2)

Evening Meal - Seafood pasta with mixed seafood, cockles, pasta, passata, courgette, fennel, chilli, onion and red pepper, Olives (2)

Syns - 9/15

Hex - 2/2

I did! I was happy to keep my old one and crack on from where I left off but the C said a fresh book, fresh start might be best!

Hope so, I've bought a 6 week countdown and aiming for 1 stone by Xmas WI on 23rd DECEMBER! Konw that sounds ambitious but I really want to go for it xxx
