Brekkie - Bran Flakes and HEXA Semi Skimmed Milk

Lunch - SW Fry up with sausages (free from Taylors in Sale!), Bacon, Egg, Baked Beans and Brown Sauce (2)

Snacks - 2 x single G&Ts (5)

Evening Meal - Steak and Guinness Pie from latest mag (5), Oven chips (finest, 100g for 2.5 syns), mushy peas, mushrooms

Syns - 14.5/15

Lunch - Celery and Humous (4)

Snacks - Kitkat (5.5)

Evening Meal - Roast chicken dinner, chicken done in slow cooker, roast potatoes and parsnips (Frylight), peas, gravy (3), stuffing (4.5)

Syns - 17/15
 
On 67.5 syns out of 75 for the week, good going!!!
 
I would be sooooo pleased with that! I've really been committed, no cutting corners, measured everything that needed to be and stuffed as much superfree in as poss.

Hoping for a super fabby week 1 to get me back on the loser cruiser! I've not sneaky peeked either cos I want it to be a surprise. Staying to class tomorrow night an' all!

I don't know how you don't sneak a peak - perhaps that would be a good idea for me to ban the scales for a week so I had a nice surprise! :D

I think I always like to be in the know, so always check when I can!

Lunch - Geo Organics Sag Aloo can, egg noodles, humous (4)

Snacks - Kitkat (5.5), 2 x coffees (2), Olives (2)

Evening Meal - Bacon, mushrooms, garlic, egg, tagliatelle, onion, parsley (from this month's mag)

Syns - 13.5/15
 
12th November 2013 - EE Day - WI Day!

Brekkie - Hifi Bar, Banana

Lunch - 1 slice of Best of Both (4.5) and Humous (4), packet of Walkers Lights (5.5 - mmmmmmm) - I know, missing superfree here but my cupboards are BARE!!

Snacks - Grapes (superfree in there somewhere!)

Evening Meal - Chilli made in the slow cooker with extra lean beef mince, passata, chilli, onion, red pepper, kidney beans and served with a jacket potato

Yep, for the first time pretty much EVER I have no treat planned post weigh in haha!

We are having a takeaway this weekend though so I will prob end up over on Saturday (going to have an upper limit of 25). Going to put groundwork in to save up prior to that though to make up for it! xx
 
I hope I've lost tonight, I am so motivated and in a good place this week I think a loss will spur me on xx
 
I think you will have lost - does your tummy feel flatter/clothes looser?

Yeah I do "feel" like I've lost, and this has been my first true 100% week in about 2 years so I am hoping for something! 2-3lbs will do, I don't know if I will get a big first week style loss as I was kind've back on plan and dropped a bit already before I rejoined.
 
I've got serious pre-weigh jitters like the old days haha! Been telling the girls in my office that I go with about the PF and they all think its hilarious!

It's good to laugh xx
 
-2.5lbs. I'm a little disappointed as thought it might be more, but ho hum a loss is a loss xx
