Brekkie - HEB Alpen, Low Fat Yoghurt (1), Banana

Lunch - Chicken Noodles (1), Mango pieces, grapes

Snacks - Low fat yoghurt, (1) kitkat (5.5)

Evening - Pork sweet and sour made with lean pork strips, rice, onion, red pepper, pineapple and white wine vinegar

Syns - 8.5/15

Exercise: Level 1 Shred
 
Struggling to do more than a day on plan at the min, trying my best to get back on track, going to restart shred tonight to give myself a boost.

So difficult to get my head in the game xx

I just think my head isn't in it, its in the new house and all the people coming round to visit and the excitement! Have been terrible over Easter, back on plan today xxx

Good day on plan yesterday, feeling better than I have been recently about SW etc so going with the positivity! xx

23rd April 2014 - EE Day

Brekkie - HEB Alpen, Shape Yog

Lunch - Leftover chicken chorizo pasta (syn free - I counted the chorizo yesterday)

Snacks - Shape yog, grapes

Evening - Seafood pasta with fresh seafood selection, cockles, chilli, onion, passata and pasta (need more superfree in this - might pick some mushrooms and courgette up later)

Syns - 0/15

Exercise: None

Haha, only way that would affect me is a big party to celebrate!!! Had my best day on plan for ages yesterday, maybe Moyes should've gone sooner! xx

Back on track and lost 3lbs this week, good result xx
