Morning all, WI day today and my arm seems to have fixed itself after 2 rest days of no shredding! Weighed in at home this morning and STS, so possibly looking at a small gain later on (
I have been so well behaved on plan as well, I can only think that all the exercise is building muscle as they say... but STS last week and this week is a bit rubbish... I keep telling myself to think of the 2 inches I've lost though and stay focused on that...
