I have 4 "proper" weigh-ins and 4 days this calendar month, but need to factor in my add-a-meal week as well so I reckon I might manage a full stone. That's going to be my target anyway.

Due to weigh in in tues, but gotta factor in a slightly extended meal week which will encompass two weekends (one of which I will be at home with the folks). So quite frankly, anything could happen! So much so I wasn't going to join in, but what the hell... (BTW - it's an odd number because 12 3/4 lb from last week's WI result takes me down to the next stone marker. Doubt it'll happen, but you never know...)
