I am as happy to cycle as to walk....but Zara doggy isn't. I tried to bring her with me but she can stop suddenly and I have lots of bruises from falling over.
Back in gym tomorrow morning for an Aeromix class followed by an LBT class.
Expecting it to hurt after the 2 week break where all I've been able to do is run but will be worth it !!!
10.5km cycle, though I stopped for lunch on the way.
Elevation in some parts a bit mad but I never got off to walk up a hill
I've taken a screen shot of my app but it hasn't mailed to me yet
To swim 480 lengths: 230 done/250 to go
To walk 72 km: 25.5 done/46.5 to go
Cycling: No target set 44.5km completed
I have decided that as I started to cycle it means I don't walk as much. So for the sake of this challenge I will half the completed distance cycled and add that to my walking total...so 40km cycled will be equal to 20km walked...does that sound about right.
That was a great cycle Tipperary. You must be getting so toned. It makes such a difference.
I did 12,720 steps yesterday.
So that's 357,351/ 360,000 steps. I will make my target for the month! It's a good feeling.
10,562 steps yesterday. Not great but it was very wet in the afternoon so not great walking weather.
Running total is 367,913/ 360,000 steps. Either way I have made my target for the month and I have today and tomorrow to go.
I am pleases with the idea of setting the target of the total number of steps for the month rather that the daily target. I felt when I missed my daily target I was still pushing to make the monthly target. I will definitely be setting another target for July.
For completion
I did 13,565 steps yesterday bringing my total to 384,359/360,000 steps.
Delighted I stuck to the challenge.
I think having committed to it here made me stick to it when otherwise I might have got lazy and said I will do it tomorrrow.
Thanks for declaring me the winner
Tipperary I think you should be awarded most motivational as without your input I might not have made it at all!
