Hiya, how's the healthy eating going? And what treats you got planned for this weekend? I think WW is really good for teaching you about eating things in moderation and making good choices but I just struggle tracking at the moment. It was so easy when I had the iphone and tracked during the day but now I'd have to keep a note of things I had and then update at night and just keep forgetting! Saying that I am eating the same things so no reason why I can't continue losing, just not gonna be too strict for a while while I concentrate on other things.
