Ermmm, okay, my consultant said to carry on if my body is used to the exercise, which it is, but it isnt used to the lack of food! Hehe!

My con said the same to me, as I have been going its fine, if anything not to much cardio as that raises the heart beat a lot and can put a strain on it. And I must admit I did feel ligth head when I over did the cardio! Res training also uses more energy for longer as once u stop ur muscles continue to burn calories. I think swimming is a good compromise if not xx
