Forgot to update on Wednesday - another pound off this week. Won't be winning any speed prizes but it all adds up. Just need to navigate the weekend without falling on my face!!
Hi Arctic - I think I have forgotten to post last weeks loss of 2lbs, I only managed a pathetic 1/2 lb this week am very fed up and have failed my May Challenge miserably.

Hi! I also forgot to update last week. Had a gain of 1.5 lbs which I then went and lost again this week. So in total I have lost 0.5 lbs so far this month... Not looking so good for the 8lbs target, but I'll keep trying
