Right well I can't avoid you's forever >.<
Gained 1.5, went off plan for two weeks then lost 4. So I'm at -2.5.
May I change my target please to 7lb? That's in total, get me my club ten at least
 
Lost 2lb this week so I've met my target already :D Very happy.

Minus 5lb so total of minus 9lb....
6lb next week ;-) ....Well I'm gonna give it a go!!

I hate it when this happens! From past experience if I up my food intake I lose (all healthy free food of course)! I really do think sometimes your body needs a shock to kick start your metabolism xx
 
STS for me this week - lucky that was all considering the weekend! I mess up every single weekend!! If I could beat the weekend I'd be at target in no time but eating out, not having meals planned, being on the run all day taxi-ing kids - not to mention the pesky wine... Any suggestions from you very impressively successful May challenge people? It is brilliant to see how well everyone's doing!
