Glad you found it funny Gillybops. I've also been doing some training, it really helps in focusing what you eat too. Cycled with a club (46 miles on Saturday) and some road and trail running. Treated myself to 2 pairs of new trainers and some bike kit, no sports car or mistress for my mid life crisis. Keep it going, som great achievements on here and thank you Texty_F for putting these challenges on.

Well done everyone - I have WI tomorrow and 1 more next week I feel I wont reach my challenge this month, I think my losses are slowing down it seems to be getting harder to lose now :-(
You look fantastic Hun, maybe your body is happy where it is? Or just keep plugging away if you're not there yet, pretty much everyone seems to really slow down when nearing their target.
