Thanks alot, and do you know what, I feel it as well, Im full of energy again and nothing is too much trouble ,where as before I used to put things off and off and off and off.....I hope you are getting the picture.
Its a grreeat diet, stick with it as the benefits are endless.

Hi Im back, but not yet on tfr 100%.
Gonna start back on friday as its pay day and a bit skint after the wedding.
