Hi lost 6 tonight at WI so
Overall on cd have lost 22lb which ain't bad considering I've dipped in and out like I have. That's in 5 weeks too xx

I'm here drinking my water and working cos that's how I role.
On a mission to drop 4 this week and scales look like they've dropped another 2 already let's hope it carries on.

Sorry been into town!
Had to buy some new jeans as my size 22 one's are hanging off me, thought I'd go get a 20, they were too big!!!
So got myself a pair of size 18's and they fit perfectly xx

Ouch this diet does mess ur cycle up a bit tho.
Good luck tonight my scales said 14-13 this morning which is super as I want 4 off next tues. I'd love 6 again but don't want to be greedy lol cx

Omg no can u feel bald patches or anything. That's my worse nightmare but I thought I happened if you were in Keto a long time? Get some supplements xx
