Morning hun.my scales aint moving but i cant trust them as they were v out compared to cdcs.they old fashioned ones aswel.so today im off oyt to buy some digi ones lol.another 100% day yest and same to today hope were all well xx

Dont think im goin to buy scales as i know itk become out of hand lol.il weigh with cdc and be done with it weight fluctuates everyday so id be obsessing lol.not good x

Good thinking. That's why I said although mines dropped since Tuesday it means nothing until Tuesday night when I officially get weighed. I confuse myself sometimes weighing at home plus I could go off the rails and undo it all be tues lol. Xx

I feel great today! Scales this morning said 16.8 1/2lbs, well and truely in the 16's now If I can shift another 4lbs by monday (wishful thinking I know)
That'll be 2 stone in 7 weeks xx

That's a big ask tho lol. I'd like another 1 off by tues and I'll be happy. Think am down 3 already. Gotta be realistic though as should expect 3 off a week now really doing ss+ but I have no milk no coke zero no mix a mousse and the odd bar to help as much as possible x
