Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Ended up with a late night, had kids in bed and just finished dishes and about to go up stairs .. OH says by the way I need you to do a few things on the computer (I do most of the invoices for his work - unpaid!) technology is great being able to access work networks after hours .. But does he write it down No, can he remember the company name NO! But here's the persons name - can you search for the invoice.. 40 mins later still have no idea !! Then as I give up and get up - he says please I need you to print all the invoices for April!! Another hour later .. Midnight .. Ding dong the witch is dead - or is that I turned into a pumpkin?!!!


So am tired and feeling hungry today - glad it's not a fasting day :) !!

Today I've eaten way too much! Tired, cold and hungry.., early night .. Lets hope I have more energy tomorrow!

But am still feeling sleepy and tired!

Just had a cup hot cocoa made with 3/4 water and 100ml milk, cocoa powder, and some coconut nectar sugar KCALs : 119

Just had a one egg omelette with soft goats cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms Kcals: 215

Still lacking energy, but not so sleepy .. Just had some chicken and more goats cheese.. Finished my fast day on Kcals 729 .. So not bad, carbs are low 21g don't feel hungry, feel full and am not craving or wanting anything more at the moment .. Last night I had some rice and gluten free bread - which I've not had for months..

Planning to go to bed early!! I hope :)

Oh dear! Have you and your husband both had chicken pox? Kathryn gave it to Paul when she was two and he was forty - she was fine, him not so much, lol. Hope you're all ok. :) xx
 
Boys are ok - have told everyone not to come visit! Lol

I had chicken pox 3 times as a child - not so sure about OH - but what will be will be :)

Had a big eating day again - tired and bit stressed - my backs a bit sore too from carting my youngest about - chiropractor said not too.., but sometimes little boys need mummy to carry them .. Littlest is 20kg at 3.5 years ..

He's had a bit of a tummy but since I've cut the sugary snacks back I can see a difference his tummy is deflating - I've swapped them for corn thins, nuts, fruit/ veg etc sweets really only on a Friday after school now .. Funny he's now learning the days of the week counting down to Friday hehe I also swapped his Jaffa cakes for gluten free ones - and he only gets 2 or 3 a couple times a week - packet goes stale now before its finished - must say the gluten free ones taste almost the same ;) but lack that addictive taste/ feeling.

It took a few weeks of tantrums and crying but he's stopped now - both my boys are not complaining now - they accept that there are no chocolates, mini snack packets of crackers, cookies or crisps in the cupboard (ok I've hidden crisps and magic stars under the stairs for an occasional packet) my oldest knows but knows not to touch!! He learnt the hard way not to touch with out asking!

I did find a nice cereal, gluten free puffed oats - only 2 ingredients - oats and honey - I'm ok with them having that a couple times a week.

My lo loves raw veg, especially sweeter tasing ones. Loves you to chop up a carrot. I think it was cos we never gave any sweets/sugary stuff for the first couple of years.
