Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

When I got up this morning my upper stomach (just above my belly button) was so puffy and bloated.. I measured it! Since this morning I've lost an inch of puffy .. Weird!
 
I have been craving carbs/ something and just so hungry today.. Like I am before my period is due.. But I'm not due till 8 days away .. So I'm assuming it because of my kettlercise class yesterday..

Yes I've eaten lots today ., but no GF bread., and my carbs are under 100g :)
 
Had some rice for dinner, about 3/4 cup with some spiced chicken wings .. Seems to be still under my 100g carb level as per MFP .. Let see if my weight is up or down tomorrow/ stomach puffy or not ..
 
Well it seems the rice didn't do as much damage as I thought.. Also tummy is not any more puffy than normal :)
 
WI lost me 300g.. Weekend gained me back 1kg.. Totm on its way .. Grumpy/ irritable as heck!

But off to kettlercise yo ho ho ;)
 
I've had a good day carb wise. Under 100g didn't have any rice with dinner .. Smelt nice, and I enjoyed my plate of broccoli boloniase ;) let's see if I'm as hungry as I was last week the day after kettlercise.. perhaps my muscles don't want feeding as it's the 2nd week back :)
 
I'm not that hungry today ... not sure I'll get to eat much today anyway as I've got to have a filling replaced .. :(

My weight is up again .. Assuming TOTM related gain.. 500g up .. My mood is better today which normally means I'll get it today or tonight..
 
Not too bad .. Only just ate as face is no longer numb.. Drinking was funny dribbling out my mouth :) all sorted now !
 
Totm arrived and hoping appetite will settle back down :)
 
Didn't get to kettlercise class yesterday as oldest son was ill ..
 
Yes much better.. My brain thinks it's off to a Zumba class at 8pm but my body thinks otherwise.. Lol
 
My brain just signed my self up for a club aerobic class on Friday .. Think I will need to drag my body kicking and whining to it :)
