What did your docs wi say!! Was it same as home scales or did it vary?!

Did you get your prescription filled then?! Are you back in stock :)

I had a gain about the same as home 1.5kgs but still got a prescription, will see if the chemists up Lincolnshire will help me out :) none here in Middlesex and doc can't give you Alli on script as its on the black list..

For breakfast had an omelette with broccoli and tsp extra light Philly.. And 2 rashes bgty bacon, tomato and cooked with fry light was nice..

Lunch egg salad and homemade chicken wings.. Off to a picnic birthday party.. Going to try hard not to eat any bread or sweets or cakes!!

Am hoping to succeed at the south beach diet plan.. Phase 1 day 2

Seems to fit with what I was trying to do myself.. But not really succeeding :) reading about it is helping my mind focus again!
 
Had fun at the picnic.. But it was so cold!! Didn't have any cake, or bread.. So feeling good about that!

Also taking 3 tabs a day of my new box (my last) and I have noticed a tiny little bit of orange in the loo which I am assuming is a reaction to the 15g of almonds I am having.. Which is a change from the last 2 boxes I have had..

Feeling more positive, MRI is on 18th April and the appt with specialist is on 3rd May.. It's not the "end of the world" so I needed to get a grip!! :)

Well done now just stick with it honey, you can do it & we want to see you succeed. Maybe avoid the almonds........

I'm just glad that this new box seems to be working.. The amount in the loo is really very tiny.. And is not causing me tummy issues..

Also the almonds are my allowed snack max 15 almonds in a day... So not that many :) or pumpkin seeds, or extra light laughing cow, baby bel light.. Low fat Yogurts etc.. Seems to keep me fuller than rice cakes etc.,

The idea is low fat/ good fats - good carbs/ low GI carbs - lean meats - loads veggies.. But also tracking my cals..

Today is Thursday (had to check lol) I have been on phase 1 of south beach diet since Monday night.. So that's day 3 done

I hate the suppermarket 100s of people today deciding to go shopping at the same time as me, and my 2 darling boys.. 2.5 hours by the end my brain was MUSH.. Forgot what day it was and my name is Mummy, mum.. MUMMEreeeey Got home and ate 3 yogurts rather than the biscuits I might have eaten.
 
How is it going now? See your mfp diary is looking good!!! What do you have your loss set to though to give you 1700 cals as mine is set at 1lb a week & I only get 1500 & weigh more than you.... Xx

I have mfp set to 0.5lbs a week :) just felt I needed to go back up to the higher level to get myself focused.. I have just completed week 1 of phase 1, I have another week to complete of phase 1 and then I can reintroduce some good low GI carbs..

Have done ok most days :) few slip ups but back to it next day :) have not felt hungry at all, but have missed my toast and hot cross buns lol

Still taking my tablets have 2 weeks left...

My official WI day is tomorrow, which I am assuming is my 1st official WI of the new challenge ? :)

Yeah I guess official weigh in will be your first loss unless you want to wait til next week? It's up to you...

My official WI is on Tuesdays, so since yesterday I have lost 900g (1.9lb) weight now is: 189.3

Therefore I have lost 2kgs (4.4lbs) since last week. Happy with that my gain has gone now :)

How on earth do you lose 2lb in a day - am bloody jealous as x
 
Trip to The loo yesterday.. Lol had been a bit constipated lol so if I been able to go yesterday it would have been.. No loss today :)
